2. Service Description

realIQ is a real estate intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available Environmental Clearance (EC) data from the PARIVESH portal (Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India). We enrich this data with spatial analysis, corporate intelligence from MCA21, and regulatory risk layers to provide actionable insights for real estate professionals, developers, agents, and researchers across Telangana.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account on realIQ, you agree to the following:

• You must provide a valid and accurate email address. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

realIQ offers tiered access to its features:

• A free tier provides basic access to the platform with limited features.
• Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) unlock expanded features, advanced analytics, and priority support.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Recurring monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by the user.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

5. Data & Content

Please be aware of the following regarding data presented on realIQ:

• Environmental clearance data is sourced from publicly available government portals (PARIVESH).
• We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of government-sourced data.
• Data on this platform should NOT be used as legal, financial, or investment advice.
• Users should independently verify all information before making any decisions based on platform data.

6. Acceptable Use

When using realIQ, you agree that you will NOT:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from realIQ.
• Redistribute or resell data obtained from the platform without prior written permission.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.
• Use automated tools or bots to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service.

7. Intellectual Property

• The realIQ platform — including its user interface, source code, design, and brand identity — is proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Government-sourced data (e.g., PARIVESH EC filings) remains in the public domain.
• Your saved maps, notes, preferences, and other user-generated content belong to you.

• realIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on data or insights provided by the platform.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
