Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and plan changes work for realIQ subscriptions. Effective March 2026.

1. Subscription Plans

realIQ offers three subscription tiers:

  • Free — Perpetual basic access at no cost.
  • Pro — ₹999/month. Advanced analytics, watchlists, and priority data updates.
  • Enterprise — ₹4,999/month. Full platform access, API integrations, and dedicated support.

All paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Payments are securely processed by Razorpay.

2. Free Trial

The Free tier provides perpetual basic access to realIQ. No credit card is required to sign up or use the Free plan. You can explore the platform and upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

3. Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your subscription. Here is how cancellations work:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain full access to paid features until the billing period ends.
  • After the period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier.
  • Your saved data (maps, watchlists, preferences) is preserved even after downgrading.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your subscription. Our refund terms are as follows:

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of your first paid subscription.
  • No refunds are issued after the 7-day window — cancel your subscription to stop future charges at the end of the current period instead.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 7-day window:

  • Contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of your first payment.
  • Include your registered email address and reason for the refund request.
  • We will review and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

6. Plan Changes

You can change your plan at any time:

  • Upgrading from Pro to Enterprise takes effect immediately.
  • The new rate applies from the next billing cycle.
  • Downgrading is treated as a cancellation of the higher plan — you retain access until the current period ends, then move to the lower tier.

7. Disputes

For billing disputes or payment issues, contact us via the Contact page. We aim to investigate and resolve all payment-related issues within 48 hours.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
